About this tool

This database is for NCI field teams to record wildlife sightings and related observations in the field. Data is stored locally on the device using the browser (no automatic cloud sync).

• Add / Edit Record: Capture species, location, patrol/project ID, notes, and an optional photo.
• Use my GPS: Fills in latitude and longitude from your device’s GPS (requires permission and HTTPS).
• Filter & Search: Use the Query / Filter section to slice data by species, dates, patrol ID, and location.
• Export CSV: Download all records for reporting in Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
• Edit / Delete (Admin only): Admin can update or remove records on this device.

Tip: On mobile, add this page to your home screen to use it like an app.

To change a ranger PIN, add the same name again with a new PIN – this will overwrite the existing entry.
